NO DANCE FITNESS CLASS ON Wednesday, February 26th - class will resume the following week on Wednesday, March 4th at 6:30pm.  


CLASS PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Single Class - $15 (cash or online payment - if in cash must be exact amount)

Single Class Monthly - $60 (this would be one class, of your choice, for the month- at no extra charge for month's that have 5 class days)    

8 Class Mix and Match - $92 (choose any 8 classes to use in a month-class choices do not have to be determined up front)

12 Class Mix and Match - $120 (that breaks down to just $10/class!) Choose any 12 to use in a month-class choices do not have to be determined up front)

*Class tuition will be automatically billed the 1st of each month unless changes/class cancellations are noted in writing before the 1st of the month. There is no refund or credit given to classes not used within a month. 

*WALK INS welcome and you can pay at class but please bring exact amount as we will not have be able to provide change.  Venmo and Cash App accepted, go to our PAY NOW link for payment info.

BARRE FUSION

TUESDAYS 6:00-6:50am 

  Our BARRE Fitness class offers a low impact, high intensity whole body workout.   

Classes are broken up into 4 parts: 

· warm up/upper body

· legs/glutes

· core/back,

· stretching/cool down

  This class integrates Pilates, Yoga and Ballet in a way designed to strengthen and lengthen your body.

*please bring yoga mat to class

*this class is 50 minutes in length

 


DANCE FITNESS

WEDNESDAYS 6:30pm-7:30pm

Our adult fitness class is for people of all abilities.  The exercises in this class can be modified for fitness lovers of all levels.              

· warm up

· dance inspired cardio

· toning/strengthening

· cool down

(includes dance, yoga and Pilates based routines)

AFRO FUSION

FRIDAYS 9:30am-10:30am

Our Afro Fusion class is designed to be a mix of group fitness paired with African dance. This fast paced class begins with a fitness inspired warm-up that transitions into African dance. Driving drum rhythms are used to help  energize and motivate.

All dance abilities are welcome!
