Cranium Academy

Classes are once a week, (unless the school is closed for a holiday), after school from 4-5pm in the Music Room. The first month is $95 ($ 65 tuition and $ 30 registration fee), then $ 65 tuition every month thereafter. We also offer a $5 sibling discount on monthly tuition.

Payment Policy: Upon registration and initial payment of $95, the credit card used will be put in our auto-pay system and will be automatically charged $65/month on the 1st of every month through May 2024. Should the need to withdrawal arise, notice must be given by the 15th of the month in order to cancel your auto-pay. There are no refunds given for missed classes. Any declined payments will result in a $25 fee.

RHYTHM RAGE

Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm

-ages 6-12

Grab some sticks, get ready to jam, and come on by to learn what the Rhythm Rage is all about! This brand-new, high-energy bucket drumming course will focus on a different drum beat each week. You’ll learn to play rhythms ranging from pop to rock to disco and everything in between…all performed on buckets, trash cans, and everyday objects Blue Man Group-style! All skill levels are welcome. All that’s required are great attitudes and the willingness to ROCK!

BENEFITS: boosts coordination, listening skills, cooperation, self esteem and reduces stress.

Group Piano Class

Preschool Class - Tuesdays 3:30-4:30

Elementary Class - Wednesdays 3:30-4:30pm

Students will learn beginner level piano skills & methods, basic music theory concepts, how to read music and rhythm notation, and each child will receive a piano lesson book that is theirs to keep and use to practice at home. Students will be instructed on keyboards provided to them by OPMI at Cranium Academy.

Students are not required to have a keyboard at home, though it is highly encouraged so that students can practice weekly in order to progress in the class.

OPMI Payment Policy*

I understand that registration and tuition payments are non-refundable; OPMI does not prorate tuition fees due to student start date. Tuition is based on a flat annual fee that is divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience. Holidays, such as Thanksgiving Break, Spring Break, and Winter Break are factored into this fee. Months that have 5 weeks of class instead of 4 make up for the few missed classes due to holidays and breaks. Returning students are still required to pay the registration fee each year. Refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled entirely due to low enrollment or other unforeseeable circumstances. Refunds will be issued via U.S. Mail. Refunds and/or tuition adjustments are not issued due to lack of attendance or missed classes, regardless of the reason.
