EXTENDED CARE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $45 - those hours will be 8am-5pm.

**Because space is limited, we do not take registrations in order to "hold your spot". Doesn't make it fair to others that have to find other camp options because the camp is full and then have our campers pull out. Please only sign up if you are certain, that way we know how many spots we have for others!

OPMI Cancellation Policy*

Payment for camp is due 2 weeks prior to each camp. If you sign up for multiple camps those payments can be made weekly but still due 2 weeks prior. If you cancel within 2 weeks of camp start date a $50 cancellation fee will be required.

OPMI Payment Policy*

I understand that any portion of the camp that my child cannot attend shall be forfeited without refund or credit. Payments are due before camp starts and any payment made on the first day of camp is subject to late fees.

Statement of Understanding*

By checking this box I accept and understand that there are 10 different weeks of Summer Camp. Camp runs from 9:00am-3:00pm and the last week of camp (Dance FX) will run Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-4:00pm. Any portion of the camp that my child cannot attend shall be forfeited without refund or credit. I also understand that I am responsible for picking up my child from camp on time. If I am more than 10 minutes late, I accept and understand that fees will be applied.
