LATE PAYMENT / PICK UP FEES

NO SHOW PENALTY FEE - $15

-If you register for a week and your child does NOT attend that week, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, you will be charged a no-show fee of $15, unless OPMI is notified by the Friday prior to the camp week. The no-show fee must be paid in order for your child to return to camp. We staff our camp weeks and calculate breakfast/lunches based on registrations and must meet the state regulations of counselor: camper ratios-while avoiding over staffing camp weeks. If you need to cancel or switch a camp week, you must do so the Friday prior to the camp week in order to avoid a no-show fee.

LATE PAYMENT / PICK UP FEE - $10 (you can choose quantity of more than 1 in order to pay for fees higher than $10)

-Payments made Monday morning of the camp week must include a $10 late payment fee and must be paid online BEFORE ARRIVING TO CAMP. CAMPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND UNLESS PAYMENT FOR THAT GIVEN WEEK IS PAID IN FULL ONLINE.

-OPMI will provide a 10 minute “grace period” for parent pick up at no additional cost to the parent. At 6:10pm, (7:10pm for extended care), parents that have not picked up their children will be charged a late pick up fee. This fee must be paid in cash by the following morning or parents will not be permitted to drop off their children for camp.

o The late pick-up fee schedule will be as follows:

 1-10 minutes past the grace period: $10.00

 11-20 minutes past the grace period: $20.00

 21-30 minutes past the grace period: $30.00
